Cross Urdé, Cross Urdy

A cross ermine urdé
Also Aiguisé. Sharply pointed or urdy. A cross couped and pointed, applied in particular to a cross on an escutcheon which has its four angles sharpened, but still terminating in obtuse angles.  It is termed in old manuscripts cross champain cross cleché, cross flanked, cross mateley, cross pointed, cross points pointed and cross verdé .

Compare with the Cross Fitché  in which only the shaft tapers to a point.
