This design has been variously blazoned per fess varry in point or urdé in point paleways.


Vair en point

May also be found blazoned barry of six contrary urdé, Urdé in point or contrary urdé, and varriated point in point.

2. Also Aiguisé. Pointed as applied to the Cross Urdé which is a cross represented with all limbs drawn to a sharp point. Compare with the Cross Fitché  in which only the shaft tapers to a point.
